The Jackets looked very good tonight. I'm starting to get excited about my ticket package for the last 4 ACC games. Let's hope we get as good an effort on the road at Duke next Thursday.

Very good win against a very good team. We have some solid RPI wins on our resume.

I am really impressed with the Oliver kid. This kid could be the best shooter in the ACC in a couple of years.

That was the best game I've seen them play in YEARS, maybe since the early season beatdown of UCON in 2003/4.  They actually looked like a final 4 team, with 5 guys in double digits scoring.  That was the thing that was so great about that last final 4 team:  you never knew where the points were coming from/we had lots of kids capable of scoring.  I'm hoping the inconsistencies of this team are due to youth (with 3 freshmen playing significant minutes), and they will straighten it out before tournament time.

But with Hewitt as their coach, I'm not getting my hopes up.  And neither are many other fans apparently, as evidenced by the half capacity crowd last night.

I respectfully disagree, we had a great crowd last night. There were 9083 in attendance last night or close to it. Alexander only holds 9191, so I would say more that half anyways.

Agreed. It was probably 90% full.

Definitely looked (and sounded) like a good crowd on TV. No way it was close to half full, IMO.

We looked really good last night. Easily the most complete game this year. But If we lose to Duke we are still at just.500. would love to see this team only lose one or two more games down the stretch and have a good run in the ACC tourney before the big dance. This team has tons of potential.
