I am new to the area and plan on seeing the game vs. Miami. Are there any good bars in walking distance to the stadium that will be great to visit before and after the game.

I'm a fan of JR Crickets. It's a very small hole in the wall, but they have really good wings and reasonably priced beer. It's right across from the Varsity on Sping. Anyone else know any good places?

I sit in the Varsity's parking lot and drink and then use the tunnel. Can't beat it. All the beer you can drink for $25.00.

Jock's and Jill's is not to far away, and they have a bus that takes you right up to the gate. Plus you can park there.

Or if you have some dough a few shots of jack will warm you also. There is a Hotel bar about 150 yds from the Varsity.
